Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver is entered into between the booking client ("Client") and Luxe Rentals. It applies to all individuals attending or participating in the Client's event.

The Client acknowledges that use of rental equipment — including but not limited to golf simulators, yard games, and associated accessories — involves inherent risks of personal injury or property damage. The Client voluntarily assumes all such risks on behalf of themselves and their guests.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges Luxe Rentals, its owner, employees, and authorized representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, costs, or losses — whether arising from negligence or otherwise — in connection with participation in or use of any rental equipment provided by Luxe Rentals.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Rentals from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought by third parties as a result of the Client's event or guests' use of rental equipment.

By providing a digital signature during the booking checkout process, the Client confirms they are of legal age, have read this waiver in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
