Rental Agreement
This agreement is presented digitally during the booking process.
Parties
This Rental Agreement is entered into between Luxe Rentals ("Company") and the individual completing the online booking ("Client"). By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges acceptance of all terms herein.
Rental Equipment
The Company agrees to deliver, set up, and retrieve all rented equipment on the agreed event date. All equipment remains the exclusive property of Luxe Rentals at all times and may not be sub-leased, transferred, or relocated without written consent.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- • Provide a safe setup environment including reliable power access (110v/120v) and adequate space as specified at booking.
- • Supervise all guests during use of rental equipment and prevent unauthorized or reckless operation.
- • Return all equipment in the same condition as delivered, free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Damages
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damage costs will be assessed by Luxe Rentals upon equipment retrieval and invoiced to the Client's card on file within 3 business days.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by our Terms of Service. Please review that document for the full policy, including refund timelines and applicable fees.
Entire Agreement
This Rental Agreement, together with the Liability Waiver and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or verbal.
