Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Luxe Rentals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event date.

Failure to remit the remaining balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation without refund of the initial deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ days before event: Full deposit refund issued within 5–7 business days.
  • ~7–13 days before event: 50% deposit refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund. A one-time event credit valid for 60 days will be issued.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling due to inclement weather is always complimentary. For all other rescheduling requests:

  • 7+ days notice: One free reschedule within 60 days.
  • Less than 7 days notice: A $250 rescheduling fee applies.
  • No-shows: Billed in full with no credit issued.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience, customers must:

  • • Provide a standard 110v/120v electrical outlet within reach of the setup area.
  • • Ensure the event space meets our minimum space requirements as communicated at booking.
  • • Supervise all guests' use of rental equipment and ensure responsible operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Luxe Rentals is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from improper, negligent, or unauthorized use of rental equipment. By completing a booking, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility as outlined in the accompanying Liability Waiver.
